We offer 24-hour maintenance/service contracts across South Yorkshire, which include an annual professional routine service call, so that you meet NSI Gold company standards.
Our service and maintenance packages
We offer two types of contracts for the maintenance of audible systems.
1. A SERVICE ONLY CONTRACT WHICH COVERS THE FOLLOWING:-

One routine service call per year, to check and ensure correct working of the system

24-hour call-out facility. You'll speak directly to our engineer, average time to site after receiving a call is less than 1 hour (British standards allows up to 4 hours)

FREE telephone help desk during normal business hours i.e. 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Please note ALL call-outs other than the yearly service call are chargeable, all parts including replacement batteries are chargeable.
2. A FULLY COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT WHICH COVERS THE FOLLOWING:-

One routine service call per year, to check and ensure correct working of the system.

Full 24-hour call-out. You speak directly to our engineer, average time to site after receiving a call is less than 1 hour (British standards allow up to 4 hours)

All components installed by Wilkin Alarms are covered for FREE replacement or repair of the equipment due to normal fair wear and tear. Damage by third parties, water etc. are chargeable

Batteries when changed on routine service visits are FREE OF CHARGE.

FREE telephone help desk during normal business hours i.e. 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Police call system maintenance
Every system that is connected to the police must have a 24-hour maintenance contract in place, as this is a police and insurance company requirement. As an NSI Gold company, we are approved by both the police and insurance companies to install and maintain police call systems which operate via our monitoring centre (A.R.C). Our police call system maintenance contracts include:

Two routine service calls per year, to check and ensure correct working of the system.

Full 24-hour call-out service. You'll speak directly to our engineer, with an average time to site after receiving a call is less than 1 hour (British standards allow up to 4 hours).

For the first 3 years, all major components, i.e. control equipment, Redcare STU, sounders (see terms and conditions for full details) are covered for FREE. Replacement or repair of the equipment due to normal fair wear and tear, damage by third parties, water etc. is chargeable.

Batteries when changed on routine service visits are FREE of charge.
